Windscreen Cracked

I was sent on the 07 January to fit a new windscreen at Auto Boys Richards bay, and I requested an agent glass that was purchased from Inyanga Motors Empangeni,

After two days the windscreen had a crack, I took it back to auto boys Richards bay, they inspected and there was no fault on my side, secondly this case was referred to Inyanga Motors empangeni, where I had to send my vehicle for photos and take my time of work to get my car to Inyanga Motors empangeni on two occasions for campaigns, before the glass claim goes through.

Today I receive a call from the glass agent saying that Inyanga Motors empangeni, will not cover it,

I Am not going to put in a new claim, this is not my fault,
