Used part received

I ordered and paid for a power steering pump for a Jeep Wrangler . when i opened the box it was clearly visible that the part has previously been fitted. i immediately returned the part personally to the parts manager Veronica. I was told that i fitted the pump, this was also the verdict from the workshop manager.<br> I was told that it is impossible that a previously fitted part could have been supp**** to me. When i requested a refund i was told that they can not refund me, but that they could sell the pump to someone else and when that has been done then they can refund me. interesting as they said that its impossible that they would sell a part that was fitted and returned. i did not return the part because it was the incorrect part or because the part was faulty, i merely requested a new part as i have paid for a new part and not a previously fitted part.i have subsequently collected the part from them and has installed it.
