I send my 4 days old Mercedes Benz C220 to Inyanga Motors for the navigation software update , which was done with no problem, but during that process their mechanic was in my car and soiled the floor mat (beige colour) with his safety boots. Since Friday 17 July I am calling them, making arrangements , emailing them and Mercedes Benz SA and nobody bothered even to call me back. I didn't know that Mercedes service is so bad in SA, as I had Toyota,Audi and VW so far there was no problem. That all nice talk about consumer care and professional contacting you in 24 hour is one big bull...
