Tiger Brands iNyala Maize Meal
In 2017 I wrote a review or rather complained to them of thee Nyala maize meal which we had bought at a Spar near where we lived then.Thee agent that attended to my call sent a driver to collect the particles of which they confirmed receipt of etc I sent pictures of these particles via email etc the agent was soon rude and I vowed that I wouldn't buy iNyala maize meal again. I bought the maize meal again this time at one of the local stores and my goodness that store always has fresh meat etc so naturally I said to hubby let's do it again as the price is fair. Once again I found something like hair in it and I just said God or me just move the hair and we will use it for our dogs. However I am disappointed as I don't know if is it because we are a certain race that uses this and hence we get sub - standard quality or is it because the consultant that had spoken to me was off but in all essence i am disappointed and feel like honestly you guys are wasting our money. I wonder about the Grannies that buy your products or the single Moms even single dad's ...the standard breadwinner and many other people in South Africa and beyond that cannot inform you of your dismal sub-standard service. Originally I gave the guy whom was your consultant I let him off and thought argh we all have barrage but the Wayne spoke to me ensured I did not buy iNyala for over3years... Once again I shall just use my money and purchase any other maize meal product. Thee review is just me standing up for many others that have no voice. Your complaints department needs to be taught proper customer service ... Every single customer matters and with people like myself whom are brand conscious and purchase for largefamilies with dogs whom are also fed maize meal with dog meat on a daily those are the customers a maize meal brand does not want to.loose. I shall stick to purchasing Pick n Pay maize meal as the texture and the taste works perfectly for my family not once have served complained yet even their price is below iNyala Maize Meal...
