NO Service again - due to strike - again! So fed up!

<p>Inxuba Yethemba Municiaplity is striking AGAIN !! Burning tyres and switching off electricity in town because of the strike !!! Because of NO power, Chris Hani Municipality (who handles water in town) sent a message on fb stating that there will be NO water for unlimited time..... they will send trucks with water from nearby towns. At who's cost???? For how long???! How can a beautiful Karoo town be effected this way? How much longer can we let this lack of service affect our beautiful town? Still trying to get Rates Clearance Certificates out of Inxuba Yethemba because of the strike!! Potholes so BIG you can plant trees in them and have to drive zigzag to avoid losing a tyre. Cant get any receipts, because they have no ink for months now to print. Program cant copy on a memory stick and they also cant email from the program. ????? Is the only 'body' that can discipline a municipality, the Rate Payers? Please can you help us Rate Payers to resolve essential problems in our town? </p>
