Sneakers / Invu Sunglasses Coating & Service Fail

I purchased Invu Sunglasses from Sneakers OR Tambo (international, after passport control - so no way to go back to the store). At R800-900 per pair, these aren't Ray Bans but they should last. <br> <br> 3 weeks after purchase, I complained because the coating was peeling off the lenses, and sent pictures and my till slip. The lenses aren't scratched - the coating is actually peeling off. <br> <br> The store referred me to their CT manager (I live in CT) who was supposed to collect / arrange delivery. Needless to say after 5 weeks, this phantom has never pitched, avoids calls, the store is ignoring calls and emails... it's clear Sneakers is hiding behind passport control at OR Tambo to avoid the return. <br> <br> This company also has online stores - so be very careful buying from them, they are uncontactable once they have your money.
