Invitation Homes - Juliana Fransisco, lying agent!

I’ve been apartment hunting in Cape Town.

I’ve had arranged with Invitation Homes to view at 17:00 on the 30th of January. End of Jan 2024, viewing was facilitated by Juliana Fransisco. She was responding my questions throughout the week until the day of the viewing around 16:45, waiting at the gate and asking if i’m at the right gate. She wasn’t picking up nor was she answering her phone. She responded at 18:11 saying she’s left and she came to the gate twice to check if we’re there which is a lie by the way because another couple arrived at 16:30 and they too waited forever and they hadn’t seen her nor did she even communicate with then too.

I arranged for another viewing this time communication was between my husband & Juliana. Again, she said we should be at the gate at 17:00 which we were. We arrived at 16:54.

It comes as no surprise that she repeated the same pattern as the first time.

Invitation Homes and their agent Juliana Fransisco will waste your time & resources + LIE!

What a nonsensical agency and agent.
