Waste of time and energy

<p>Initial meeting was great and I was very impressed with them. Then the wheels came off - the quotation had to be redone twice for basic mistakes, they did not pitch for a booked consultation and then made up the wrong blind which I eventually cancelled after 4 wks of non commitment. They seem to be too arrogant/embarrased to speak to me telephonically and would ony send me updates via email or whatsapp if I followed up with them first - when I requested to finalise the payment they sent me the invoice 3 wks later. The quality of their product is really good, just wish they could back it up with some service as well.</p>
