Absolute Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs!*

I am utterly appalled by the disgraceful service provided by INVICTA SIGNS namely Wesley Hughes. Six months ago, I paid a substantial deposit for signage, and to date, I have received absolutely nothing in return. From the start, communication was abysmal. My calls and emails went unanswered for weeks. When I did manage to get a response, I was met with empty promises and blatant lies about production delays and excuses that defied belief. To add insult to injury, I recently discovered that they haven’t even begun the work! Despite multiple assurances that my project was underway, it’s clear that they’ve done nothing but take my money and run. The level of incompetence and disregard for customers is staggering. Their customer service is non-existent, their management is completely unprofessional, and their overall operation is a ****. I have never experienced such blatant disregard for a customer. I strongly advise anyone considering using INVICTA SIGNS to save yourself the frustration and financial loss. This company is a total ***** and should be avoided at all costs
