This company comes into your neighborhood and buys a property which is single storey houses and then they want to put up 22 double storey or even three storey properties next to your property. A property where you have stayed for years. When your air your opinion like " Why do they want to build 22 units where 1 unit use to be so there will be 44 extra vehicles coming and going in-front of your property, 22 dustbins in front of your house every Monday morning and 40 people as audience when you relax next to your pool, Invicta Developments gets mean by allowing about 10 unemployed black men to live in a single room with no bathing facilities across the road from me and if they do not get a response from me they make the property a dumping site, they are renting out this property to Skippie ******* Removals, who brings their skippies back to this site full of *******, so now I am sitting with rats and flies 24/7. When you take the matter up with them they send the Municipality to your property asking for new building plans. So what is the end game they are trying to get you to leave your property so that they can buy it for next to nothing, trying to force you out of your house by making the living conditions in the neighborhood unbearable.
