Unscolisited calling

<p>Today I received a call from Investors Choice where their consultant Rudi Wright told me they have opened an investment account on my behalf. </p> <p>Firstly I never gave them permission to call me and secondly I never gave them permission to open anything on my behalf. </p> <p>I then asked them where they got my contact details, to which I firstly got the answer "I don't know" and then "from a financial institution" where I apparently gave them permission to open up these "investment accounts". What nonsense! </p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually after asking for contact details of their their company and mentioning that I will be taking legal action against them for contravening the Consumer Protection Act, which triggered the MD Christo Oosthuizen to come on the line and told me he has the right to call whoever he likes and then told me to stop wasting their time and subsequently put the phone down in my face! </p>
