BAD SERVICE

If you ever thinking of renting through this business.....THINK AGAIN!!!! After renting property from them for three years, we have moved on in a purchase of our own property. Now the problems BEGIN, and it looks like it will not end with the return of our deposit from the old property rented from Investor Real Estate. All FUNNY fees for the EXIT inspection, from "so-called Damages"...it carries on and on. The house was painted inside (without a request) an left in a PRISTINE condition. Now after 2 weeks after the departure, we are STUCK without getting the deposit back.

We had a single visit in 3 years when we occupied the property from the Agent.....
