Investo Property Projects a contractor from hell

<p>We contracted INVESTO PROPERTY PROJECTS to build an extension to our warehouse and add a covered walkway to the front of our offices. The job was paid for on the 6th February 2017 (50%) and a subsequent payment of 25% on the 5th March 2017. We are now 6 months down the line and the job is standing half done. A promise was made to us if we paid the suppliers for the remaining supplies needed the job would be completed, which we duely did and now have waited another month with no further progress. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their website states "From foundation to roof INVESTO PROPERTY PROJECTS has the professionals to complete any requirements you may need. Full Service Construction includes detailed quality repairs, restoration and remodelling of residential and commercial properties INVESTO believs that we are only as good as our last job, thus paying attention to the smallest details</p> <p>and then this is the biggest lie!!!!</p> <p>INVESTO "We proudly offer HONEST, TRANSPARENT and PUNCTUAL services as we strive to lead the industry. ATTENTION to the smallest details sets us apart from our competitors</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We had faith in this company to finish the job but then received an email to say "due to unforeseen circumstances, the company can no longer continue trading" after a little investigation, we found that the company is still building, in fact posting images all over their facebook page detailing daily and weekly progress.</p> <p>It was our experience that WE were constantly strung along by the two directors Raul Flores and Danie. They made empty promises, the workmanship was shoddy, untidy and left incomplete.They are ******* who have taken our money and run. Please be warned and do as much research as you can before you take on ******* like these men.</p>
