Poor work

I had a swimming pool put in 2013. Pool has been repaired 5 times already, each time costing me water as the pool has to be emptied. Pool was not right from start, but owner refuses to fix pool correctly and keeps doing \patch jobs". Needless to say my pool looks like a dalmation with all the various shades of colour. Once again the pool needs repairing"
