I have invested with investify360 via luno, and as I was expecting my payout I was told that there are system problems, then I was advised to request for an immediate withdrawal, I did just that, a few minutes later I got an email requesting for a payment of 19000ZAR may payment is pending. I don't have that kind of money now, as I have invested my hole money into investify360, I am asking for help, and I am not getting any reply. Please help on how I can get the payout into my luno account.
