I have invested with investify360 via luno, under the guidance of Mr Strauss on telegram

I have invested with investify360 via luno, under the guidance of Mr Strauss on telegram. I was supposed to get my payout yesterday morning, but through out the day I was told to wait until late in the afternoon, then Mr Strauss advised that I can withdraw straight from investify360 myself, and I did that but now I am told to pay a 19000ZAR in advance in order to get my payout, I have committed that I don't have that kind of money, and I have send emails to investify360 I am not getting assisted, I have lost all my money just like that. Please assist me to get my money back.
