Selling of Co- Ownership portion

Requested to sell my Co Ownership portion at the beginning of October. Documents was confirmed to have been passed on to the depot dealing with the selling. Since the 30th of October I am only getting a answering machine, Sorry, we are unable to take your call at this time. I have also sent an e-mail making an enquiry on the 3rd of November. No response yet. Very poor on Investgold's part.
