Requested to sell my gold coins without success

I requested Investgold to sell my portion of gold coins as I needed money for my daughter's registration fees at the beginning of the year, that is, in January. I am still waiting and each time I enquire on the progress the consultant always tells me about not finding a buyer, for 8 months!!! Recently I requested that they courier my coins so that I can try to sell them on my own, a different person rep**** to my email saying the first consultant has been moved to another department. To me this looks like a pyramid scheme as I have never been provided with a statement reflecting the current value of my portfolio since 2013.
