Really bad service

Its been more than a year now, that i have been trying to get my investment sorted out as i have changed banks and the money is not going of...<br> <br> every time i phone Pierre, all he say just busy will give you a call now.... all words no action.<br> <br> i sent email and still nothing... can some one else help me and get a new investment plan going.
