Investgold Service not up to scratch

HI All<br> <br> I would like an explanation from Investgold as to why I have never received a statement to date from them and why my investments are not been monitored and advisory services offered to me on a regular basis?<br> <br> Also, the service received from Investgold has not been good. You have to complain in order to get anything done.
