Investgold Service is Appalling - Pierre Jordaan is my broker

<p>I have been receiving appalling service from Investgold - my broker there is called Pierre Jordaan and he does not respond to any of my queries via email until I manage to get hold of him over the phone.</p> <p>I have been on a GMP plan since December of 2011 and my plan matured now. Since 14 April 2015 Pierre Jordaan has not supp**** me with ANY quotes to approve which means that my funds have not been managed. Additionally I have written to Pierre numerous time over the past year asking for feedback without any avail.</p> <p>I finally got through to support last Friday and explained my situation - I was promised that someone would phone me on Monday this week which obviously did not happen as usual.</p> <p>I have been a loyal client of 5 years - I want to liquidate my entire portfolio with immediate effect and want my buy-back evaluation now - I have been waiting since last week for this. Also Pierre continues to not respond to my emails so I need someone to do something about this.</p> <p>I would appreciate your feedback. If I do not hear from you I will lodge a formal complaint.</p>
