Investgold not transparent

I invested in Investgold Krugerrand. Now I want to sell my investment they tell me it takes 30 working days to redeem my investment. I asked why so long and the Agent said the process of taking the gold from the vault. I did not even purchase a full gold coin just 0.64 of a coin. The Agent failed to explain why the delay. Also when I opened the account this was not mentioned at all. This is very poor service they are not transparent.
