Investgold not honoring their promises.

I have bought my first limited coin set (2009 Soccer R2 Prestige) on the 21st October 2009 and more limited sets from this date up to 4th October 2012. i was told by Raymond Jardim that this is the best investment ever.keep it for five years and longer and then if I want to dispose/sell, Investgold will be the first to buy back the coins in my collection. Now, Jacques and Gerrit come with all sorts of reasons why they can not honour the buy back option. Where are the integrity of this company? I noticed that there are many unhappy customers out there.
