INVESTGOLD MUST BE SHUTDOWN

i have been investing with this company for the past 5 years but it been a year now trying to get my money back, or even have feedback as to what is happening with my account. i have read a lot of review about them and many like me are not happy with them. is there a way to sign a petition to shut down such companies? from where i am standing investgold is a **** and till it is shutdown their website will continue advertising false information. so i saY shutdown the website and the company. if anyone out there has an idea how to go about it please share.
