<p>I signed documents of offer to sell with a return amount, after doing follow up my broker is telling me she had a computer problem and lost the documents of which I must resend. How come the information is not on the server cause I emailed her. After resending I was told the coins are now less than what I signed for which is same price I purchased them.<br />I ended up accepting the purchased price, just my money back no return after all years in order to terminate the relationship with Investgold, now they want my bank statement of which Investgold has been deducting the money from an account which is the nominated account to repay the money to at maturity or when I sell, I am so tired and confused.</p>
