Investgold coins

After I saw bad reviews I tried to sell the coins and I was offered almost half of what I have spent to buy the coins. I rejected the offer and hoping to get a better offer next time. Am I wasting my time hoping for a better offer? Please advise if there is anyone who got an offer that was more than what they have bought the coins for? I really thought this was gonna be a good investment for my kids.
