CLIENTS ARE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER TO THEM.!!

I started investing in Gold coins about 3 years ago. What a mistake using Investgold.! I don't like to use my spending as a manipulation tool and demand good service just because of that, but when a client spends R 360 000.00 at my business and refers another R 30 000.00 of business my way I would definitely take care of such a customer and make sure his happy and well looked after. Not with these guys.! To them you see, you're just a number, just a guy who walks in there who's money they can take and treat him like a nuisance a person or thing causing inconvenience or annoyance. Especially the last year I've been treated with little or no respect regarding my time and enquiries. Waiting for 3 days for a quote on buying coins where I have to pay and additional premium on my coins becuase of the gold price that increased. I've had to change my broker because of bad service. Now my order was blocked because of a R100 but they still owe me R250 for the past 1 & half years.! You get little to no response from these people and everybody always has this wonderfull creative excuse about WHY it's not their fault . GROWN MEN ACTING LIKE CHILDREN.1 WORD GREED.! DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE.!!
