Cannot get the Coins sold again after 10 years.

I was roped in by a friend more than 10 years ago and still cannot get my coins sold again or my money out. There is always an excuse or another story why its not a good time to sell and the market is saturated. They literally will not buy the coins back, it also lost value even though the gold price increased since then. There much better investment options out there.
