Appalling service with Investgold

In Dec 2014 I bought a coin with Investgold for the value of R5800. They advised that this would be a great investment as the value of Gold can only increase with time. Fast-forward to 2018 and I was made an offer to sell the same coin for R4500. I queried why the value was so low and they said it was the only offer available from buyers. I held on to the coin and I was approached again in October 2019 to sell the coin for R4500. I agreed to sell the coin for R4500 on the 9th of October for R4500 as I have not had any better offers in the past 4 years! I was advised that the payment will take 21 working days. I followed up last week and was advised that Monday, 4 November, is the end of the 21 working days. I called today and I was told that finance department has a backlog and they are only reviewing my documentation for processing this week! Therefore they will only process payment at the END of this month! I am so frustrated with the poor service I have received from this company and I will not be doing business with Investgold in future if I can avoid it! Unfortunately i still have 2 coins with them so this will not be the last time I interact with them.
