Poor Customer Service

They have a poor customer service, My company purchased an 12 kW three phase invetor which was not charging onsite. We took it back for an assistance they just said they fix the problem with settings. We requested a demonstration that it was working the manager refused to demonstrate. He couldn't exactly explain to us what was the problem with our settings.
