None delivery of products and poor customer service

I have bought a Hubble Lithium Battery 2.6KW 25V 1C for R15.6K on the 26th of May 2022 and was promised to get it by the 31st of May 2022, even today I'm still waiting for my battrey, when I asked for my refund I'm being taken from pillar to post they even ignore my calls. Their Head Office number is not even working for assistance and clarity of how they conduct their business.
