Disappointing service - no value for money

Invest Solar does not care about their customers at all. I bought a solar system for about 37k in Sept 2021. The Dyness battery and Growatt inverter worked for a few days and I brought them back to Invest Solar in Oct 2021. Shaun did not even want to tell me when I should expect the goods back, he kept saying its up to the manufacturer in Joburg which he eventually said it will be done in 2 weeks; its been a month now and Shaun does not know what's happening with my goods, every day he says he is waiting for their supplier in Joburg to update.
