Invcenter cyber*****

BROKER/TRADER ***** - HELP NEEDED

I have been a victim of a gross cyber/digital trading ***** ****. I 'invested' tens of thousands of USdollars.

The ******** trade under the name of Invcenter and according to their website (www.invcenter.com) is based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. On their website they indicate a South African contact nr +*** which is a virtual number. The number is advertised worldwide on their website.

Their modus operandi is to lock you down by a deposit of $200/$250. Then they follow a detailed verification process requesting your ID, proof of banking details, utility bill, signed forms and you need to accept a 35-pager Terms & Conditions document. Their communication method is primarily phone calls using virtual mobile numbers and emails.

Their modus operandi is to call you and request you to be in front of your pc to gain remote access to your pc using the 'Anydesk' sofware application. Thereafter they request you to open your online bank account to 'determine your client value'. Then they con you into approving withdrawals to 'secure' your trading balance and they use different exhanges to rapidly withdraw and deposit money into different exchange accounts.

Since the 23rd January 2020 I have attempted to withdraw my money and to terminate my account - to no avail. I have sent a myriad of emails. The support team is useless and always just 'send your request to the relevant department'. I have been transferred from pillar to post. I dealt with Irina Borisov, Rose Andrey, David Sol, Angela Johnson, Silviya Gore, John Whelan. One of the 'account managers', Ross Mathews, wanted to con me into another 'USD9,000.00' deposit' in order to release my trading balance. I haven't received any service.

I have already opened an eletronic ***** case with the South African Police Force based Melkbos/Cape Town

I need help to hold this company to account and to successfully withdraw my money.
