Supper annoyed!

I paid a start up amount of R600 on the 11th of August and 2 months passed without any communication, code or the start up kit. I then called, emailed and texted them on whatsapp on the 8th of October still to no avail. They then called me on the 28th after I wrote a review, and I expressed to them that I was no longer interested in selling the products and working with them and I asked to be refunded my R600 immediately and as I write this today, I have not been refunded. I am annoyed beyond comprehension!!!!
