Inuka poor service and false adverti*****t

Poor customer service.A month ago i bought Mohlolo hair growth from inuka trhough one of their agents.The product didnt do any of the things mentioned on their brouchers instand of growing my hair it damaged it.I emailed to Inuka customer services to inform them of my dissatisfaction.They rep**** saying that they escalated my complaint Management I havent received any form of reply from Inuka or the Management that they escalated the complain to.
