I had put in a start order on 11th of August and it took time for them to even send me an email or massage of acknowledgement but I wasn't all that bothered since it's during the pandemic so I waited and still nothing came to me and on the 8th of October I sent them an email, text and even called expressing my concerns and that the process be canceled and that I be refunded ASAP! Still nothing has come to me. I am livid!!!!
