Disappointed and frustrated

Been placed several orders several times and still struggle to recieve my orders,my clients are now becoming inpatients,we understand that theres a pandemic but the this is too much,because even when you call to do a follow up,they don't answer and you'll leave a call back request still they'll still not get back to you,this is really disapointing,its frustrating.
