Bad treatment

I have joined their business not so long ago ,they use to make deliveries in time , now I have made on order last of last week and the order was dispatched last week Tuesday now I haven't received the order and no one is saying anything and when I call in their offices there's no respond and now am so frustrated because I am losing customer for the product
