Bad service

Hi I'm new member at inuka fragrance I ordered 4 months ago and I received my order which was short with 3 hair food they said they'll be delivered in 14 days time but I never received my hair food I called them telling them that I haven't received my hair food which they said it will be delivered in no time but still nothing up until today I want my hair food
