Abusive Inuka Distributor with appaling service

I have just been physically attacked by an Inuka distributor/representative, Luyanda Mtyeku based in East London. Who I paid R380 for 2 inuka products on 26 July. I have done a million follow ups on this order until I eventually told her to just cancel the order and give me my money back. Only to find out that she had long cancelled the order and used my money for her personal things. After my hundreth follow up with regards to getting my money back, she comes to my work place to cuss me out and to physically attcak me infront of my colleagues. I still don't have my money and she promised me that I wouldn't get it back
