Wedding

We were looking forward to having our wedding at Intundla. To make sure everything fits within our budget we requested a basic estimate on the decor as you are only allowed to use the in house decor company. Upon requesting this I received a reply that the lady is busy and only able to help me the next week. A week later i requested again and was told that my wedding is still far away and she will get to me later. I requested from the venue if i am able to bring in my own decor. I received a call from Cindy the MD who very rude in telling me that I have not booked the venue and only after i book will they assist with the decor as they are not able to tell me the price of flowers for 2016. I did not request flowers. I told her that all i need is an estimate to see if we are able to book the venue. She continued with the rudeness and when I suggested we will then just look for another venue I was told that's fine and the phone was put down.<br> <br> I have NEVER received this rudeness and all this just over decor. This is a lot of money we are spending an no one is able to just assist. The rudeness was not necessary.
