Bad service

My family rooms got broken into while we were at their entertainment area. All of our possessions were ****** and for months we were strung along, making us write down all the stuff ****** and their values saying they will claim from their insurance. They did not give us a cent not even a refund, now changing their narrative saying we signed an indemnity form. My family still today is traumatised, we even slept on the crime scene, the very same rooms that were broken into. Be very careful when going there, don’t leave any valuables in your rooms and keep the car keys with you all the time.
