Won't fix an issue they created

Terribly unhappy with the lack of customer service from Intrudex Automation. In April 2014, after an extended power outage, they came to fix my automatic garage door's motor. Thereafter it seemed to be working fine until there was another power outage due to load shedding by Eskom in November 2014. I couldn't open my garage door manually - the door was too heavy and wouldn't stay open which indicates a problem with the tension in the wires attached the door. Also, most recently, it now creeps down instead of staying fully open, which is also indicative of the door being too heavy from incorrect tension.<br> <br> I contacted them in November 2014 via email following the load shedding and got no response. I contacted them again on 2 Feb 2015 and spoke to Juan, who is the gentleman who was in fact present when the first interaction occurred. When I asked what discount I get based on the fact they are fixing an issue which they created, he broke out into a tirade and wouldn't let me speak at all and was the rudest business person I have come across and told me to be on my way as they did not want my business. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Terible service and terrible attitude!!
