No service for a problem they created

I am extremely unhappy with INTRUDEX AUTOMATION services. My garage door was not working properly in July 2015. I searched internet and found Intrudex Automation and called them. They came and changed the some washer and told me that it won't give me any trouble for another 6 to 12 months. However, the garage door became very slow within a month and then by September 2015 it won't open automatically especially at mornings and evenings. I called the person who fixed it (Sarel) and everytime he will promise and won't show up. This keeps happening for another two months.<br> <br> Finally I sent an email to their admin and again no response from them. When I called Sarel again he started to argue with me and said that he is not coming to fix the problem. Terrible service and terrible attitudes.<br> <br> Later I called another company to come and have a look and they immediately found the problem and told me that the motor is fine but someone put a lot of grease on my garage door and that is why it is not working when the temperature is low in the mornings and evenings. They cleaned the grease and now it is working fine.<br> <br> I won't recommend anyone to use INTRUDEX AUTOMATION. They are ***** and ********
