Poor delivery and communications
<p>I ordered cartridged from Introstat on Tuesday, 23/08/16 ONLY because they promised delivery for the following day.</p> <p>Wednesday, 24/08/16 no delivery was made.</p> <p>I e-mailed Mpho on Thursday, 25/08/16 at 09:18 and 10:21. He still has not bothered to reply to my e-mail.</p> <p>I eventually phoned Jessica on Thursday 25/08/16 at approx 15:10 and she promised delivery for Friday, 26/08/16.</p> <p>I did NOT receive a delivery on Friday, but received a call from the courier company which I didn't answer as I was driving. The courier company also didn't phone back.</p> <p>I again spoke to Jessica at 12:41 and she informed me later (15:40) was delivery will definately be made on MONDAY morning, the 29/08/16.</p> <p>Well, quess what? I still have not received ANY delivery and again nobody at Introstat had the decency to communicate with me.</p> <p>I would NOT recommend Instrostat to anybody and will NEVER buy from them again.</p>
