FALSE PROMISES

I was contacted some time ago by an Introstat Telesales person who convinced me to try their cartridges telling me that when you have collected 45 cards you get a free service. In the 2 or 3 years that we used their cartridges, I had collected my cards.<br> Last year I was having the smudging of the toner on my printing and called them in to look at it. In order that I could work, I replaced my cartridge with another one so that I could continue working. When the technician came to check it out, they couldn't look at it because I was using another cartridge. After many words, he decided to \blow it out". I put their cartridge back and still had problems. Once I have finished all the cartridges"
