I went to a meeting a on the 8th May with Intro to assist residents in petitioning against the new Municipal Valuation Roll which expires today. When we got the meeting we were told to leave our names and address and we will be contacted and assisted. The expiry is today and I have heard from NO-ONE. Well done Intro real estate. When I one day want to sell my house, you will be the last people that I go to. Now I will just have to accept what the council is going to value my house at, as I have declined ALL other offers from real estate agents that wanted to assist me.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, we would have liked to rectify the situation timeously had you brought it to our attention during the necessary time frame.
