Intrepid Travel response to Corona virus

I am extremely upset with Intrepid Travel response to postponing my trip to Italy Due to the Corona virus outbreak it is unsafe to travel there clearly. They want me to pay 50% fee to cancel the trip. Even though I am saying I am not canceling but pleas3 move my travel to a later date. They have been unhelpful and have not taken any precautions to ensure their clients safety. Would not recommend
