They stole our money and our data

After we have been told that our data has been recovered it was sent to us in a format that was unreadable, neither by Microsoft or Mac. We sent the hard drive back and after 5 months of being **** to that our data is "in the progress" we were told our data is lost.

Our money has been ****** and we have been **** to. Please do not use this company, if you really need data recovered.
