Poor Service

I booked a Mac in to have data recovery performed on it in 4th February 2015. I was told it would take them 15 days to make the changes. (I had taken it into MAC and they told me the drive worked fine but no data could be found on it)<br> I sent through a confirmation email on the 24th February. <br> <br> On the 3rd of March I asked as to the status of my job. I was told that I needed send them my confirmation, which I had). I rep**** saying that I had confirmed this.<br> <br> On the 21st of April I asked as to the status of my laptop. Still nothing.<br> They kept telling me they were waiting for a part.<br> <br> Finally after months and months I requested my 2TB seagate back and my Mac. This was 12 May.<br> I received my MAC and it was covered in glue and scratched to ****<br> <br> So, in 2+ months they did nothing but scratch my MAC and spill **** all over it.<br> <br>
